Returns a hash value for a ServicePoint instance.

Caution
WebRequest, HttpWebRequest, ServicePoint, and WebClient are obsolete, and you shouldn't use them for new development. Use HttpClient instead.
The GetHashCode method returns a hash code of this instance. This value can be used as a key in hash tables.
