Tries to parse a span of characters into a type name.

Parameters
- typeName
- ReadOnlySpan<Char>
A span containing the characters representing the type name to parse.
- result
- TypeName
Contains the result when parsing succeeds.
- options
- TypeNameParseOptions
An object that describes optional TypeNameParseOptions parameters to use.
Returns
true
if type name was converted successfully, otherwise, false
.
