Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsLayoutSequential property.

This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The Type.IsLayoutSequential property gets a value indicating whether the class layout attribute SequentialLayout is selected for the Type.
