Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsSealed property.

true if the Type is declared sealed; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The Type.IsSealed property gets a value indicating whether the Type is declared sealed.
