Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsUnicodeClass property.

This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The Type.IsUnicodeClass property gets a value indicating whether the string format attribute UnicodeClass is selected for the Type.
