Gets or sets the permitted access to all files.

Property Value
A bitwise combination of the FileIOPermissionAccess values that represents the permissions for all files. The default is NoAccess.
Remarks
This property gets or sets the permitted access to all files on the local computer and network drives.
An individual FileIOPermissionAccess value can be determined by using a bitwise AND
operation.
