Returns a value that indicates whether two Span<T> objects are not equal.

- left

The first span to compare.

if the two Span<T> objects are not equal; otherwise, `false`

## Remarks

Two Span<T> objects are not equal if they have different lengths or if the corresponding elements of `left`

and `right`

do not point to the same memory.
