When overridden in a derived class, specifies a handler for the request.

A derived type fails to implement this method.
Remarks
If you set handler
to null
, the default handler is used to process the request. You can set handler
to either an asynchronous handler or to an synchronous handler. The handler must implement the IHttpHandler interface.
