Gets the content of the template.

editingFrame
ITemplateEditingFrame

The ITemplateEditingFrame instance from which to get the content.

templateName
String

The name of the template.

allowEditing
Boolean

true if the template's content can be edited; false if the content is read-only.

The content of the template.
