Raises events for the ImageButton control when it posts back to the server.

Remarks
The RaisePostBackEvent member is used primarily by control developers when deriving a custom class from the ImageButton control.
This method is used internally by the ImageButton control, when it is clicked, to raise a Click event and, if defined, a Command event.
