Identifies the ForegroundColor (COLORREF) attribute of a text range.

This identifier is used by UI Automation providers. UI Automation client applications should use the equivalent field in TextPattern.
Values for this attribute are of type Int32.
The default value is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
