Gets a value that indicates whether the RibbonToolTip has content in its header.

Boolean

true if the ToolTip has content in its header; otherwise, false. The registered default is false. For more information about what can influence the value, see Dependency Property Value Precedence.

Remarks

This property returns true if any one of the Description, Title, or ImageSource properties has content.
