Called when the mouse pointer moves within a cell.

A DataGridViewCellMouseEventArgs that contains the event data.
This method is similar to the DataGridView.OnCellMouseMove method. It is called in the same circumstances in which a DataGridView.CellMouseMove event is raised, but it does not actually raise the event.
