Returns an ICustomAttributeProvider implementation. This implementation always returns null.

Remarks
Because a XAML directive cannot have custom attributes, this implementation always returns null. XamlDirective seals this virtual member; therefore, all XamlDirective types and all predefined XAML directives must use this behavior.
