XamlXmlWriter.Flush Method

Calls the Flush
method of the underlying XmlWriter or TextWriter, which writes anything that is currently in the buffer, and then closes the writer.

The Dispose
behavior for a XamlXmlWriter can be influenced by its writer settings, especially by XamlXmlWriterSettings.CloseOutput.
