scope.

The XmlValidatingReader class is obsolete in .NET Framework 2.0. You can create a validating XmlReader instance by using the XmlReaderSettings class and the Create method. For more information, see the Remarks section of the XmlReader reference page.
This property represents the xml:lang scope within which the current node resides. For example, here is an XML fragment with xml:lang
set to U.S. English in the root element:
<root xml:lang="en-us">
<name>Fred</name>
</root>
When the reader is positioned on the name
element, you can use this property to find that it is in the scope of a U.S. English xml:lang
attribute.
