tableView: UITableView

Table view containing the section.

Section index where the header will be added.

Attributes: BindingImplAttribute

Remarks

Can either be a UILabel, UIImageView or a custom view. This method requires GetHeightForHeader(UITableView, IntPtr) to be implemented as well.
