Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premise 2019 release wave 2 can be ordered online using Order Central starting October 1, 2019.

Customers with a Microsoft Dynamics NAV license and an active Enhancement plan can transition to Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises via License Migration Transition Upgrade (LMTU). Customers with a Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations on-premises, Microsoft Dynamics C5 2012, or legacy products listed in the Dynamics Transition Policy, with an active Enhancement plan can transition to Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises via Product Line Transition.
