Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service Version 7 (on-premises)


Download Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service for use on Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement applications, on-premises version 9.

Note: During installation you will be prompted twice for credentials:

  1. the first prompt will be at the time of selection of your target Dynamics 365 Server for installation and you will need to provide Deployment Administrator equivalent credentials, and

  2. the second prompt will be for your Dynamics 365 Online credentials (with tenant Global Admin or Directory Administrator equivalent credentials).

System Requirements

Supported Operating Systems: This install will work on Operating Systems that support the Fall 2018 release of Dynamics 365 Server.


  1. The download is a self-extracting executable file. To start the download, click Download.

  2. When the File Download dialog box appears, click Save to save the file to your computer.

  3. When you are ready to install the product, double-click the executable file, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
