FRx 6.7 Service Pack 8 for Microsoft Dynamics GP is now available.

Known Issues

FRx Report Server

Occurrences of any of the following may indicate that the FRxQue32.mdb file is corrupt. These are only examples – other errors or problems that are encountered may also indicate corruption.

  • Run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005)': Unrecognized database format '\\server_name\share\FRx_directory\Sysdata\FRxQue32.mdb'

  • Run-time error '3343': Unrecognized database format. (occurs when starting the Report Server or when queuing reports)

  • Error 3709. The connection cannot be used to perform this operation. It is either closed or invalid in this context. (occurs when starting the Report Server)

  • Please update the ports on the System tab in order to initialize the Report Server. (message displayed when starting the Report Server).

FRx Report Designer

SMR # Title
21019 Error: 21045, Error retrieving translated balances, when using two or more CCHIST rows, and a TCURX column with the same currency as the functional currency in company information.
22278 When you have a format mask in the Row Format and renumber the row codes breaks the format mask in column (D) Related Rates/Rows/Unit column.
22512 Using the 'Export Formulas' option in Excel ignores the XCR print control setting in the column.
22685 Excel Export Formulas hangs when using CBR calc in COL and no CBR in row.
22825 When generating a report using EUR as the date and format in the company information and using a USD special format mask for one column in the column layout it will display incorrectly with 4 or more decimal places.
22867 When using a CAL formula data resulting from a second CAL formula, columns 128(+) will get no data. The formula works correctly for all columns prior to the 128th column.
22966 Calculation in column only reading four decimal places.
23091 Error 9: SendBalanceFilters. Subscript out of range when generating a report with 'Activate DAX Currency Translation turned on in the column layout. With a CALC or FILL column in between a GL CUR column and a GL YTD column running the report to Financial & Transaction Detail Level.
23113 CBR Calculation is incorrect when using a CAL CBR row.
23125 When a CAL row references a TOT row the data does not pull correctly after the 128th Column. Column DX.
23137 Exporting to ASCII (Comma Delimited or Formatted Text) from FRx Drilldown Viewer produces incorrect formatting. The credits column is placed into the Debits column
23202 When using a complex calculation in a column and setting the report output to Excel with Export Formulas checked you get incorrect values on total row.
23213 Using "#.#;(#.#)" in row format for a Calc row, FRx will not bring the digit after the decimal to the right
23237 The Rounding Adjustment amount in a report using a tree is incorrect.
23278 When generating a report to Excel, with a Calc column in the the 49th column, and using Export Formulas, the calc column displays" #NAME? " in the cell.
23303 Placing a special format mask in a TOT or CAL row and then renumbering the rows causes the format mask to repeat on all TOT and/or CAL rows.
23308 When a report is exported to Excel and there is a CALC column in the column layout that is being eliminated via column restriction in the row format, that column is being displayed in the resulting Excel worksheet when Export Formulas is enabled.
23401 When using CBR and the numerator of the calc formula is after column DW, the wrong results are returned.
23486 Error 9:SendBalanceFilters, when running a currency translation report to Financial & Transaction detail where the column contains a CUR, YTD, and CALC column.

FRx DrillDown Viewer

SMR # Title
21476 When exporting a report to formatted Excel from the Drilldown Viwer with a filename 9 or more characters, the filename gets truncated to 8 characters.
22071 When generating a report to the Drilldown viewer with a column that has a FILL type column with a width specified, The font for the FILL type column is set to Arila,12,bold,Shade font, there are 12 or more columns, and teh the Alllow column Text overflow checkbox is marked the no data will be displayed.
22134 Column Width of 1 when used with Fill to draw boxes in 6.7.3073 (and 6.5.246) acts different than earlier builds.
22572 Fill Column using '|' and column width of 1 produces blank report in DDV.
23226 Trying to open a .frz or .frv file with DDV version 6.0.95 or newer will cause the error 13 type mismatch. Reports will only open with version 6.0.81.

FRx Report Manager

SMR # Title
23127 Report Manger uses Designer licenses and is causing license an error message: Users have exceeded your maximum user limit per license .

FRx Report Server

SMR # Title
22937 Report Server Status window is greyed out on local workstation in Report Server.

FRx WebPort

SMR # Title
23279 If a group is deleted from within WebAdministrator and that group was used in tree in a prevously generated report to Webport you will recive an Error; FRxRepository error '800a0005', Invalid procedure call or argument, occurring. when a user tries to view the report in Webport.
