Overview

The purpose of these downloads is to provide Dexterity developers with examples of code that can be used in their applications. All sample code used in production applications will need to be fully understood and maintained by the application developer. There is no further samples provided on later versions of Microsoft Dynamics GP. The samples below are as is going forward.

Mail - Mapi Samples.zip File Size: 42KB 2015_Mail Samples.zip File Size: 42KB 2016_Mail_Samples.zip File Size: 42KB These sample applications demonstrate how to use the Mail Function Library and the Mapi Function Library to programmatically send emails from Dexterity. The Mail Function Library is new to Dexterity 2013 and the code in this sample will not compile on previous versions of Dexterity.
SOP2013Weight.zip File Size: 426KB SOP2015Weight.zip File Size: 469KB SOP2016Weight.zip File Size: 450KB This sample application shows an integration to Sales Order Processing (SOP). This sample utilizes Dexterity triggers to calculate Total Shipping Weight for the Sales Document as each line item is entered or changed. The Sample also includes code to calculate the Freight Amount for SOP Documents using a UPS Shipping Method. Also included are 3 Alternate SOP reports show 3 methods to add the additional Shipping Weight information to the report.
sqlcnvex2013.zip File Size: 160KB 2015_SQLConv.zip File Size: 81KB 2016_SQLConv.zip File Size 87KB This sample application shows how to do a SQL table conversion in sanScript for a table where one of the field lengths has changed as well as one column where the column name has changed.
IntegrationSample2013.zip File Size: 231KB IntegrationSample2016.zip File Size: 234KB This sample application shows integrations to GL, BR, PM, RM IVC, POP and SOP modules. In addition, this sample application includes sample code that can be used to create your tables in a SQL Server environment. It also contains sample code for the adding of forms to the Microsoft Dynamics navigation structure.
