Overview

Periodically a service pack or hotfix is released to resolve issues. This page will be updated with the most current service pack downloads. All service packs and hotfixes are cumulative.

Installation Instructions

1. The service pack below only applies to the Business Analyzer Dashboard outside of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015.

2. If you already have Business Analyzer for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 installed, download the service pack file below. If you have not installed Business Analyzer, download the full install below.

3. Double-click the MSP file to install the service pack and the installation wizard will walk you through the installation. If installing the full install, double-click the BusinessAnalyzer.exe.

4. Repeat steps 2-3 at each workstation where the Business Analyzer Dashboard is installed.
