All the listed Microsoft Dynamics GP tools are free as is, no modifications to the products are allowed. No additional changes or testing will be done to these free tools for the Lifecycle of Dynamics GP.

Reduce the top number on the file by 1. b. Delete 1838 which is the PSTL product ID. c. Delete Technical Service Tools which is the PSTL product name. d. Remove the paths to the dictionaries for the PSTL product: :C:Program Files/Microsoft Dynamics/GP/TAUTIL.DIC :C:Program Files/Microsoft Dynamics/GP/F1838.DIC :C:Program Files/Microsoft Dynamics/GP/R1838.DIC e. Click File , click Save , and then exit the file. Unzip PSTL_GP_14.0.3_Release.zip and put it in your install folder and launch, say yes to include new code. **NOTE: On the Navigation List if you see Customer Exception instead of PSTL, have a good back up and run this script against the Dynamics(system) database and then re-launch Microsoft Dynamics GP and then it should appear correctly. When invoicing a receipt in POP, this tool will check the previous quantity invoiced and the quantity returned for the line item. The maximum quantity allowed to be invoiced is based the following formula: Quantity Shipped minus (Previous Quantity Invoiced plus Quantity Returned). This tool will not allow invoicing of more than this amount. |
