The bank statement import functionality in the Dutch banking module supports the import of MT940 files (unstructured).
Overview
However, with the introduction of MT940 (structured) that reflects SEPA requirements, the embedded solution no longer works. With this release, Microsoft Dynamics NAV NL will instead be able to import bank statement data from camt.053.001.02 files as described in the Implementation Guidelines developed by the Dutch banks together with the Dutch Banking Association (NVB). This supports the XML Bank to Customer Statement message ISO20022 - “camt.053.001.02” in the Netherlands.
