New Requisite UIN for Payment Orders for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 - Russia

According to the Russia Financial Ministry order No. 107n, dated December 11, 2013, a new field Code (ID 22) is added to Payment order documents in printing and electronic format.

Overview

In case of payments to budget, such as taxes, fees, fines, and so forth, this field has to contain a Unique identification number (UIN). UIN is a special requisite provided by the tax authority. To support this requirement, the following changes have been made to Microsoft Dynamics NAV:

  • The field “Payment Code” was added to page Bank Payment Order, where a user can enter the UIN manually.

  • The Excel template for “Bank Payment Order” was updated to support the new field “Code”. This field is bound to the “Payment Code” field.

  • The field “Payment Code” can be exported and imported in electronic format via the Data Exchange Framework.
