This receipt is a gift receipt including the item lookup code, description, and quantity.

To use this receipt

  1. Be sure you've exited QS2000 Manager.

  2. Click on the Download link and choose Open to extract the ST40GRSL.RCT.

  3. Extract the file to the default receipts folder found under C:\QS2000\EXE. The location of the receipt files can also be found by opening QS2000 Doctor, select the Edit button, and view the path found on the ReportPath= line.

  4. Once the file is placed in the EXE directory, use QS2000 Manager to assign this receipt format to your register. Within QS2000 Manager, select Database | Receipt Formats and choose Gift Receipt in the drop down for the transaction types the receipt should be assigned to.

  5. Once the format is chosen for each transaction type, open QS2000 POS and complete a transaction to view the results.
