The Security Synchronization Utility to synchronize security permissions between Business Portal, SharePoint and Web Services is now available!
Overview
The Security Synchronization Utility is a Microsoft Management Console snap-in that allows you to synchronize security permissions between applications. The following applications can be synchronized:
- Web Services for Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Business Portal for Microsoft Dynamics GP or Business Portal for Microsoft Dynamics SL - Microsoft Business Framework (MBF)
- Business Portal for Microsoft Dynamics GP or Business Portal for Microsoft Dynamics SL - SharePoint
Installation Instructions
1. Download and review the Security Synchronization Readme for a list
of known issues.
2. Download and review the Security Synchronization Install Guide.
3. Download the Security Synchronization Utility below and refer to page
2 in the Install Guide for the steps to install and use the utility.
