Business value

Dynamics 365 Marketing tracks interactions with marketing campaigns and provides detailed analytics. You can use contact analytics to understand the impact of marketing campaigns. The Marketing app now also allows you to export your marketing data to Excel, providing more options to analyze your campaigns.

  • View data on your terms: View marketing results in Marketing or Excel.
