Patients and providers want an easy, seamless, and more self-service way to engage online with each other.

Feature details

The Patient Engagement Portal enables patients to engage with their healthcare providers and browse content anonymously. They also can sign in and book appointments, get referrals, access medical forms, and more. This template includes the ability to embed a Microsoft HealthBot that can provide a first level of interaction with patients to help assess needs and answer frequently asked questions. It also includes the ability to integrate Teams for virtual patient engagement.
