Construct data model and functionality that allows healthcare organizations to ensure patients have a means to provide consent for services or allow access to another individual to healthcare data.
Feature details
Provide healthcare organizations with the ability to perform the following:
- Allow for administration of different types of consent.
- Allow for dissemination of consent based on preferences of the patient.
- Provide a simple means to create a consent and registration interface to allow patients to ensure their current health information is correct, while also allowing for them to easily sign off on consent.
- Provide consent for another individual to view or edit health data on behalf of the patient.
