Streamlined back-office operations allow your company to focus on world class customer care. This section includes 2021 release wave 1 features to help admins and service managers perform and oversee service delivery effectively. We're introducing new configuration experiences to simplify key setup processes (work order, resources, and accounts), mapping features enabled by default, and the ability to capture work order resolution details.
