Word templates are a great way to speed up and ensure high-quality, in-bulk communication with your customers and business partners. Now, you can use Word templates when you log interactions with the new interaction templates.
Feature details
In 2021 release wave 1, we added Word templates so you can use Business Central as the data source for mail merge documents in Word. With the July update, users will be able to add a Word template to interactions, and then log the interactions to a segmented audience.
