Tracking customers in the CRM system is the start of your journey to landing a sale. Viva Sales makes it simple to go from an email exchange with a potential customer to creating a contact in your CRM, ensuring that the system of record is kept up to date.

Feature details

With this feature you can quickly and easily capture new contacts right into the CRM system directly from Outlook. If you open the Viva Sales pane from an incoming email that contains the signature of the sender, Viva Sales prefills the contact details based on the signature and highlights the fields that it populated.
