By automatically populating the common conditions in the assignment rules, you can reduce the steps that are required by administrators to set up custom assignment rules.
Feature details
With this release, when you are creating a new custom assignment rule in unified routing, the conditions for presence, skills, capacity profiles, and agent calendars are automatically added. As an administrator, you can manually remove the conditions if you don't need them.
