Business value
For an improved experience, admins can use dynamic text (slugs) in quick replies simply by adding text strings with a single action and validating them in the message box.
Feature details
Quick reply creation and editing features include the following enhancements:
- A view of all available dynamic text strings (slugs) that can be inserted into the quick reply message box.
- The ability to insert a dynamic text string into the message box by selecting it.
- The ability to validate a dynamic text string in the message box.
