FullNamespaceScope conflicts with mandatory affix configuration
Description
The FullNamespaceScope feature is enabled but mandatory affix settings (mandatoryAffixes, mandatoryPrefix, or mandatorySuffix) are also configured. Affix rules are not enforced when FullNamespaceScope is active. Remove the affix configuration from AppSourceCop.json to avoid confusion.
