Syntax

Result :=   TextBuilder.ToText(StartIndex: Integer, Count: Integer)

Parameters

TextBuilder

StartIndex
 Type: Integer
The starting position of the substring in this TextBuilder instance.

Count
 Type: Integer
The number of characters in the substring.

Result
 Type: Text
The result text substring.
