Future legislation requirements being investigated

In compliance with the Spanish Anti-Fraud Law (Law 11/2021) and Royal Decree 1007/2023, software vendors are required to submit a responsible declaration by July 29, 2025. While the legislation has been enacted, certain aspects regarding its implementation for businesses and ERP systems are still under review. Microsoft is committed to aligning with the official guidelines to ensure that Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central meets the certification requirements within the established timelines.
