The Contact Cover Sheet report prints a cover page that shows the contact's address and the company's address. It can also show the company's VAT registration number, giro number, bank name, and bank account number. You can run the report for one contact or for the contacts in a marketing segment, and optionally log the printing as an interaction.
You can filter the report by contact number to select specific contacts. When you run it from a marketing segment, you can filter by segment number to include the contacts linked to that segment. Turn on Log Interaction to create an interaction entry for each included contact.
Use cases
Use the report when a sales or marketing employee needs to prepare a cover sheet for correspondence sent to a contact or to all contacts in a marketing segment, including the contact's and company's address and bank information.
