Install the Workforce Management for Customer Service package

Before you can enable the features to manage your workforce, you must install the Workforce Management for Customer Service package.

Prerequisite

You must be a system administrator or have equivalent permissions.

Install the package

Complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Power Platform admin center.
  2. Select Environments in the site map, and then select your environment.
  3. On the toolbar, select Resources, and then select Dynamics 365 Apps.
  4. In Dynamics 365 Apps, select Install App.
  5. In the list of available apps, select Workforce Management for Customer Service, and then select Next.
  6. Review and agree to the terms of service, and then select Install to begin the installation process.
