Before you can enable the features to manage your workforce, you must install the Workforce Management for Customer Service package.
Prerequisite
You must be a system administrator or have equivalent permissions.
Install the package
Complete the following steps:
- Sign in to Power Platform admin center.
- Select Environments in the site map, and then select your environment.
- On the toolbar, select Resources, and then select Dynamics 365 Apps.
- In Dynamics 365 Apps, select Install App.
- In the list of available apps, select Workforce Management for Customer Service, and then select Next.
- Review and agree to the terms of service, and then select Install to begin the installation process.
