This article provides information about the geographic location and language availability of live chat, digital messaging, and voice channels in Dynamics 365 Contact Center.

Geographic location availability

Your Microsoft 365 tenant must be co-located in one of the following geographic locations where Dynamics 365 Contact Center is available. These geographic locations refer only to your Microsoft 365 tenant, not to the data center where your Microsoft Power Platform environment or organization instance resides.
