Customer Insights is licensed per tenant and includes multiple capabilities. You can purchase more capacity and licenses to increase the default quota.

Sign in for the first time

  1. Go to the Customer Insights - Data app URL.
  2. Sign in with your school or work account.
  3. Agree to the terms of service and set the content preferences for your environment.

After your first sign-in, you'll see an environment with sample data. You can use that data to explore features and get familiar with the app. To use your own data, create an environment.
