Share feedback for Customer Service

You can share feedback about Customer Service, such as the features, UI, and issues, by using the feedback option.

You can share product feedback in Customer Service Hub and Customer Service workspace.

To share feedback

  1. In one of the apps, on the top-right corner of the navigation bar, select the Send Feedback icon. The Feedback dialog displays the following options:

    • I like something
    • I don't like something
    • I have a suggestion
    • File a bug
  2. Select one of the options. The app displays the <label> box.

  3. Optionally, you can do the following:

    • Use the
    • Share the mail ID of your choice; Microsoft Support might use the mail ID to contact you.
    • Attach a screenshot.

  4. Select Submit.
