Entities define the types of records people can use in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) or a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) organization. In Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises), you can edit customizable system entities and create, edit, and delete custom entities.
