View reports for Connected Field Service
The predefined report for Connected Field Service shows information about IoT alerts in your system. At a glance, you can find who's affected by IoT alerts and when.
View the IoT dashboard
The Connected Field Service dashboard provides information about IoT alerts from registered devices.
- In Field Service, open the Service area and select Dashboards.
- In the dropdown, choose Connected Field Service Dashboard.
Some of the charts on the dashboard have other views associated. Choose other views from the dropdown to adapt the chart to meet your needs. To create your own dashboard with your adapted charts, select Save as in the command bar.
