Export and import transactions for General ledger consolidation for Brazil

This article describes how to export and import transactions for General ledger consolidation for Brazil with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

You can transfer general ledger transactions from the source company to the consolidated account of a consolidated company without consolidating the transactions.

To export and import transactions for general ledger consolidation, follow these steps.

1. In Dynamics 365 Finance, go to the Export company balances page.
2. In the From: field, enter a start date.
3. In the To: field. enter a start date.
4. In the Include actual amounts field, select Yes.
5. In the Transfer transactions only field, select Yes to transfer without consolidating transactions.
6. Select the Legal entities tab.
7. Select New.
8. In the Source legal entity field, enter a value.
9. In the File name field, enter a value.
10. Select OK.
11. Change the company to the consolidation company.
12. Go to Consolidate with import.
13. In the From field, enter a start date.
14. In the To: field, enter an end date.
15. In the Include actual amounts field, select Yes.
16. Select the Legal entities tab.
17. Select New.
18. In the Source legal entity field, enter or select a value.
19. In the File name field, enter or select a value.
20. Select OK.
