Assign workers to a leave plan
Important
The functionality noted in this article is currently available for customers on the stand-alone Dynamics 365 Human Resources. Some or all of the functionality will be available as part of a future release on the Finance infrastructure after Finance release 10.0.26.
Applies to these Dynamics 365 apps:
Human Resources
After you've created a leave and absence plan in Dynamics 365 Human Resources, assign it to workers.
Assign a plan to a group of employees
On the Leave and absence page, select the plan you want to assign.
Select Assign to employees.
Adjust the following settings as appropriate:
- Enroll on employment start date
- Enrollment date
- End date
- Tier basis
Under Workers to enroll, select all the works to assign to the plan.
Select Assign plan at the bottom of the page.
Assign a plan to an employee
On the employee's record, select Leave.
Select Leave and absence.
Select New.
Enter an enrollment date and select a leave plan.
