This article explains how to set up Electronic reporting (ER) to print performance reviews in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
The Print review option in performance management requires ER. For more information, see Electronic reporting (ER) overview.
To set up ER, follow these steps:
- Go to Organization administration > Electronic reporting.
- Select Microsoft > Repositories.
- Select the configuration repository of the Global type.
- Select Open.
- Select Performance review model > Performance review format.
- Select the Performance review format configuration, and then select Import.
Print a performance review
To print a performance review, follow these steps:
- Go Human Resources > Performance > Reviews.
- Select the Print review option.
- On the dropdown menu, select Performance review format.
- Select OK. The review is downloaded to the Downloads folder.
