Update Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare solutions powered by Dynamics 365

Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare solutions powered by Dynamics 365 provides continuous, touchless service updates. Updates are released on a regular cadence to all environments. They are supported according to the Microsoft Lifecycle policy, which provides consistent and predictable guidelines for the availability of support.

Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare features that are built on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform follow the Power Platform deployment schedule.

Note

Automatic updates apply for customers running Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare version 3.0 or later, beginning in a future service release. We recommend that existing customers in the North America region upgrade to the most current release so their environments will update automatically in future releases.

Beginning in April 2022, automatic updates will apply to all versions, including Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare version 2.x and earlier.
