Personalizing content is an effective strategy to boost engagement. However, ensuring that the personalized content is accurate for a variety of recipients can be challenging. Fortunately, real-time marketing makes this easy. To preview the exact content that will be delivered to a recipient, simply select their audience member record. Ensuring your emails’ personalization is correct before you send it to everybody is now quick and easy.

Feature details

To preview your personalized email to ensure that it includes the right content:

  1. Select a sample record and immediately see the personalized content using data from that record.
  2. Do not select a record to see content included when data is missing. This way, you can ensure that all default values are present and correct.
  3. Test send the email and receive an actual copy that you can preview on different email apps and devices. Test emails include “[Test]” in the subject for quick identification.
